Feeling the Undertow
There are times when all feels right in the world, regardless of what it appears to be looking out (and upon) the public world stage. These peaceful and joy-filled times can be increasing or decreasing daily depending on your perspectives in life. Also, depending on whether you’re on a loop or a spiral. More about that, later.
The questions you want to start asking yourselves are all about self-reflection and self-alignment.
It’s not done to cause you stress or harm or even to annoy you… You have chosen to undergo a process wherein you can choose to honor your soul agreements or you can be hit with the proverbial 2x4 over and over until you choose to… SURPRISE… stop hitting yourself on the head with it. Either way it’s your choice, right?!? It’s beautifully redundant in the most perfect way.
You can either love the process or hate it, matters not.
Some questions are wonderful little gauges to self-monitor your progress - making sure you’re spiraling up and not circling around on a loop. Perhaps it’s old behaviors, patterns or even repetitive thoughts that creep into your fields. I liken this now to a game of hide-and-go-seek.
Every time I ‘catch’ myself in speech (and yes, even in thought) I pause and have a brief conversation in thoughts mostly, unless I feel comfortable interacting with physical speech - or if I need to make sure what I’m broadcasting out is crystal clear… no entity is going to mince my thoughts and when you speak it into existence, you are in existence, are you not? So too, when you speak your power is so much more than you’ve probably imagined.
Perhaps even now: what happens when you speak aloud? The Age of Miracles are upon us in the very early dawn hours, but never-the-less are here for the ready! Are you ready or are you still complaining that you don’t feel like daily meditation practice because you have a lot of thoughts and it’s too challenging?
What are you giving your time and energy to; and what are you spending your allotted time here on Earth ‘paying attention’ to? If you’re working on shedding your addictions then by all means, continue on with that good and righteous healing work. It does all lead you to your next step in evolution.
You can know something in theory; but in practice it’s another experience altogether. The beauty of it all is that you get to choose when and how. Do you want to keep putting off your personal healing, or do you want to move on to the good-good?
Oftentimes I ask rhetorical questions because they have no charge either way. I put it out there as an output and you magnetize what it is that you need. If I ask a polarized question with the intent that you will read it and it will trigger in you exactly what you need to move that energy through your bodies - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual: all of them - I am asking in order to trigger your own personal self-reflection through self-introspection. This takes raw honesty and personal integrity. Something a lot of people have lost along the way.
It’s ok! All that is yours will come back to you. Trust. And the really good news is that you don’t have to wait for your honesty and integrity to come back to you… you can take control and command of your own ship and right the course or, your passage. You can steer your own ship with integrity and honesty as sails that will never get a hole or torn again! And you can start right now with a simple choice to walk in honor at all times and in all ways.
They say delayed gratification holds much greater rewards. In this case, I say becoming your higher self while IN YOUR PHYSICAL BODY is a much more peaceful and happier way to live a physical life. And delaying your gratification becomes a game you play with yourself. A challenge that befits the life of an Ascended Master (or someone on the path to enlightenment).
When you continue to clear out your energetic clogs (and physical ones too), it’s similar to the process of when you clean out a closet or reorganize something to get the stagnant energy moving again.
You can’t bring in the new-new without making room and having space for it. Yes, there are those who have some hoarding issues but that’s a program which runs on lack fears…
The imbalance is in the need to compensate by over-storing or over-stocking and then it just keeps self-perpetuating those behaviors in what seems to be an endless poop-loop cycle (circles) of making sure you have more than you need (out of fear at the root…); or until the times when it begins to interfere with the lives of you or those around you. That’s when healthy and good preparations meet at the intersection of repetitious behaviors that are unhealthy; when it interferes with living and starts trapping you in endless cycles.
Let's take one example of someone who hoards food. Let’s say they have more than enough food but heaven forbid the prospect of not having one meal (or eating a few hours later than normal) sends them on a tizzy through a mental boxing match about how the world feels like it’s ending if they don’t get to eat when they think they should. Some people get so angry it’s truly fascinating to watch… and only because I’ve been there and felt that as well. Some things are simply out of your control; but if you’re addicted to anything then you are beholden to that master - including food.
In fact, many of those who currently have food addictions are overweight and that’s physically unhealthy. We all know it. However, they’re so stuck in this pattern of self abuse that they can’t even see straight. They know it’s healthy to get outside for fresh air and walk barefoot on the grass to effectively ground their energy; and also, to soak in a little life-giving rays from our Sun… And yet, they hide inside behind drawn curtains and pulled tight shades. They keep it dark all the time. They prefer to be inside and may even claim the reflections from the sun makes a glare on their TV so that’s why they don’t let any sun in their house, at any time.
Makes no sense, does it?
And yet, there are people who are so caught in their patterns of self harm and they refuse to take action to get healthier. They go back to old patterns of addictions even after perhaps, they’ve had serious health issues. It’s like they just don't care and are going to live life for all the 3D aspects they can… well then. We love them anyway and wish them well on their journey with true loving intentions for them.
Who are we to judge them for that choice? It’s not our life.
We may think we know it’s no longer a good experience for them and it’s been on repeat for a long time, but ultimately, it’s their journey. The Soul will guide them when they are ready. We may even be able to see through all the excuses they offer to deflect from their own shame; but chances are: they know it already. Telling someone who’s still knocking back those alcoholic and sugary drinks and foods anyway, that they’re unhealthy or perhaps suggesting something that’s a better choice, is not a good way to go because at this point it falls on (deliberately) deaf ears. They have fully convinced themselves they’re fine and they are stuck on what we affectionately call, the poop loop of denial.
In actuality, the best way to heal those behaviors is to just rip off the band-aid by full immersion therapy and purge purge PURGE - whether through selling, donating or better organizing so you know what you have and need; versus what is just too much or over the top. Additionally, one never died from giving their stash of excess belongings to someone else in need. There’s plenty of people on this planet who are deserving of your charity.
When you begin to conquer inner aspects that are still running old fear programs you begin to feel lighter and lighter. However, you also know you’re anchored and grounded as this continues. You are shown more and more of what it truly means to be grounded and connected on this planet.
Your connections and how you perceive the flow of energy through you is the next level. In fact, everyone got an upgrade recently. You can feel the currents on the planet. The undertow of the planets’ breath of life is an incredible attunement one can receive when they have purged enough of their attachments - and their channels have been cleared out, more or less - whether to people, places or things. Think: toxic relationships; certain social media platforms or physical locations like bars or addictions of any sorts.
All of the above categories contain blueprints for programs designed to keep you tied and beholden to them. You pay your attention (aka energy) to them and they become your masters in disguise. You may not even see what’s going on yet with this because you want to stay in denial about a certain behavior like a child clings to a security blanket. I promise you that it’s ok to let the blanket go. It’s really ok!
The Influx
The current influx of exotic energies are landing in big ways. Let’s talk about that for just a minute. The sun is a big transmitter for our planet. In the 3D physical reality alone, it literally brings life with its rays and warms us and all life on this planet and in our Milky Way Galaxy. Think about the word ‘Rays’ for a little and perhaps in the next chapter we’ll discuss your energetic Rays and purposes with your bloodlines and lineages or some such topics.
People are going to be reacting to you and your natural fields more and more. I’m speaking more to those who have done a lot of spiritual work and are actively and consciously working to improve either their life; or their life and those around them; both personal and planetary interdimensional work, lets say.
How people are reacting now and while the great transition is taking place.
When people are in your presence they naturally will talk about things from their past they’re still holding now. Not every person and not everything because people have certain resistances and cling to deep-rooted traumas - as if their trauma makes them unique or they are somehow an island. But the right time will reveal itself and the universe always puts people in your path when the time is right for both you and that person.
You will also notice how people use old stories to reinforce their beliefs, as if they are trying to convince themselves and they want you to agree with them. I find that a blank stare with no emotions provides the proper and quite necessary, clear reflection they need to hear themselves provide excuses, to themselves.
You don’t need to agree, concur or even acknowledge these types of comments. It’s not yours. When other people are making excuses for themselves, let it go. Consider it a challenge for your own personal growth! Challenge yourself to stay out of providing unsolicited opinions. If they go so far as to ask you, if you heard what they said… you can simply say, ‘yes, I heard you.’ and provide nothing more.
Resist the urge to agree just to not make it awkward. They want you to validate their excuses and again, that is not yours. If the person persists in trying to get your stance on what they just said, at that point, I would then proceed to tell them politely that I just don’t agree with their logic or thinking and I didn’t feel it was appropriate to disagree with them if they were just venting.
Calling it out only after making sure not to attack any one thing they said while not outwardly agreeing with their self-abusive perspectives. You are providing space for people to hear themselves. That will really make them think because they have that space to hear themselves now. When you are providing space by holding it for them, you then in turn gift that space to them so they can process their own stories.
It’s like a quantum bubble you gift them that can also be called a quantum echo chamber.
When someone makes a statement about how they ‘used to believe’ in something, let’s say, ‘Star Wars is real’ (or anything that’s supernatural, really…) but let’s say they then follow-up with doubling down on their stance and proclaim that they now have come to a position and belief (that conveys the message clearly) they have accepted they’re fully living in the 3D physical world - almost as if implying that’s what you’re supposed to do when you grow up, or some such nonsense…
You received the message they don’t believe…(ohhh but they want to, they really, really want to) and when you just show up unapologetic and authentically, somehow you tease out that they absolutely have a more fluid stance on different dimensions…. Well that’s very interesting, indeed!
So they don’t shut out non-ordinary realities even though they just proclaimed the opposite moments ago; and then they propose they’re actually more willing to entertain the theory of multiverses and infinite timelines; claiming to be a nerd while somehow thinking that falling back on science will make them smarter. That’s the thing, your intelligence is already science…not the kinds of science we’ve been taught to worship here on planet Earth. No, I'm talking about the real science. The kind that exists within you. That’s your true intelligence and you are already, THAT!
Let me better translate this for you. Someone is totally willing to admit quantum time (which is everything happens at the same time or all at once in the ‘now’ moments) may be a possibility. So they’re open to endless and infinite possibilities and yet, they want to squash any childhood dreams and the so-called supernatural (or non-ordinary in the physical world/reality) or acceptance that Star Wars was perhaps, more of a documentary than fiction.
You see? They’re talking out of both sides of their mouths! They have what you would call: dueling programs running in their backdrop and that’s ok. But a choice needs to be made. You are either part of the solution or you’re watching it happen.
All you have to do is wake up to dream and remember you are already, all of it! Inner knowing kicks on as your internal compass and you just have to remember how to ‘pay attention’ to that frequency instead of mindlessly responding to feedback loops that keep you doing the same thing, every day, day in and day out, the same routine, the same programs over and over, etc. Instead of following your heart frequency (yes, your inner knowing is directly connected to your heart).
It’s almost laughable to see the silliness we as humans play with ourselves. In fact, it truly is the most hysterical thing you can imagine when it finally hits you and the laughing buddha pays you a visit.
I’m just saying….
People will invalidate their false beliefs and programs all by themselves, if you just let them, and it’s time to just let them. You don’t have to prove anyone wrong or make anyone wrong; and you don’t have to be right. It’s more about showing up in your true essence and letting it just happen. Just showing up and not being anchored to make someone wrong in their beliefs proves that people just have to get to the control room of their own programming.
We are all after all, responsible for our own inner work, are we not? I'm not in charge of your programming any more than you are of mine. Nobody is above another in that sense; and continuing to use someone elses’ work as your excuse to not do your own learning and growing via self corrections, self-alignments and of course, walking in honor with integrity; only reflects on your own laziness and procrastinations.
Everyone has full authority and permissions granted from on High, to rid themselves of all parasitic relationships - on all levels. Their time is over on this planet and in this galaxy! It is already done! Everyone has the same choice and the same (personal) cleanup responsibilities.
Lead, follow or get out of the way.
That was on a bumper sticker a long time ago that still is relevant and especially during this transition we are all experiencing.
Once people have an honest and non-judging conversation with a being who is there to help them unlock themselves, they find that talking through subjects long since buried in their psyche was a catalyst to shake up their inner remnants of false constructs and fake programming meant to hold you down and keep you bound.
It just happens, naturally.
If you have someone like that in your life, then you should consider yourself lucky. Well, correction; we ALL have someone like that in our life. It's just a matter of whether or not we have identified those beings or that person… You're super lucky and you absolutely are that person if you have many in your life!
People who reinforce your beliefs just to stay friends are not symbiotic or beneficial. They drain you and become more and more obvious they are not providing you, what you are providing them. That is an ‘off-balance’ and most likely, karmic relationship - some may even be toxic in the truest sense.

Perhaps some have been afraid to speak their truth or to be their authentic selves around their partners, families and friends circle. The fear programs were real. Fear of being ridiculed or cut down from beliefs that someone else perhaps doesn’t hold - or quietly believes but is afraid to dive deeper into the self-learning process - the real one - because that involves admitting you’ve been lied to your entire life and then also, the inevitable self-corrections that surely ensues.
The thing is: those programs have ended and what remains is what is in the individuated selves and what those egos still project. Oftentimes, people only need to be in the presence of someone who holds keys for themselves…. In order for those certain key codes to assist the ones still holding the density of any of the false programs.
This is finally time to speak a truth and let whomever needs to hear it listen carefully; for you are all truly and indeed waking to your own development and ascension of your consciousness.
Now, there is a difference between ascending your physical body and ascending your consciousness. Naturally, one would tend to think when you ascend your consciousness then you can automatically vibrate so fast that you can, take your body with you, so to speak, and teleport, levitate, fly and perform all kinds of miracles… and let’s face it, most people don’t feel worthy to be considered that holy or sacred; and so they hold themselves back and go with the easiest flow - the path of least resistance. Easy does not imply ‘natural’ flow.
This has been the truth, but it doesn’t make it so moving forward and in the future. Only if you decide that is your path. There is something to be said about letting go and surrendering to the flow of the great river of life… this is absolutely not the same as taking the path of least resistance.
We could think of the path as physical and the flow as energetic - but as you can clearly see here, words used in conveying a message does have impact and absolutely does relay certain transmissions and codes.
Are you tuned in?
When you ascend your consciousness remember, we are in 3D physicality… amongst very dense physical items and props in this world, reality, etc. Your consciousness is not physical and yet exists in the physical because of the 3D physical body. When the veil comes down, dissolves or is removed, replaced…or when your PLANET takes the quantum leap yes, you are along for the ride of your lifetime!
That is why if you are alive - you are holding the Golden ticket this life and YOU get to make the choice to either participate by self -improvement (and who doesn’t respond well to that, now come on… let’s be honest here… Who doesn’t either outwardly or secretly root for the underdog… root for the idea that your childhood dreams are actually a very serious possibility, potential timeline or…root for the simple fact that someone is trying to improve themselves…) SO... You get to make the choice to either participate by self -improvement ( - or watch from the sidelines. You’re either in the game or watching from the stands.
For those who feel they perhaps missed their calling… Well, it’s not too late at the moment of this transmission. You know all the possibilities and yet, you still stand in the river of denial even when your heart tells you otherwise. Your coach may have already called you up to play…true… but it’s your turn now and you may doubt that you can still hit the ball.
Don’t do that to yourself!
When the evolutionary leap from homo sapiens to homo-luminous takes place and your species makes the leap with the pole-shifting and planetary quantum jump… you will see, perhaps sooner, let's not give away anything to be left to your own creative touches here - but you won’t and don’t get an instant transference of holy stewardship and then you somehow get to become a card-carrying member of the lightworkers and gatekeepers; the way-showers and the human angels and guides. Nor does it make you an instant Ascended Master unless of course, you were one before incarnating.
And still, nobody knows who is who under the masks of the human body, just quite yet. That will come at graduation time, which is also well on its way, dear Ones, fear not!
That is what you are; what you were before taking a body for this experience in this life. Being willing to let go of old beliefs and self-labels. Accepting that you’ve been lied to and you’re somehow actually someone much greater than this world tells you, is an exciting avenue to explore.
The loops and the spirals are just two different names for polarized paths one can choose. Whether or not you are consciously aware you do make the choice to continue on with your head in the sand of your life; or you’re choosing to do something entirely different for your self-empowerment and spiritual growth.
After all, we are spiritual beings having a human experience, are we not?
